FACE-IT. #13

#131
In my quest to push the boundaries, I decided to leave this painting at this rather early stage. So, I put my brushes down, and made myself walk away,
( well I only just left the room in actual fact ) because I know that If I didn't leave, I would've kept on going and going and going.......

PS Is anyone having trouble connecting to the DPW website? I haven't been able to connect for 24 hours. :-(

Hello Helen,...all painters seems to have a problem knowing when the work is finished! I like the effect of orange on this face!!!

You walked away at the perfect time. He's one of my favourite ones.
DPW is working for me.

Love the background on this one and the technique to let it shine through.
