ZINNIAS #2

I had to buy a new bunch of zinnias to paint this second study. With the hot weather 35c ( 95f ), and being forced to sit under a spotlight, the poor things weren't lasting very long.........At least they will last longer on canvas!

Lovely work Helen! I didn't realise you were still getting such hot days - just heard this morning about the fires.
Hopefully you'll get a cool change soon. We're heating up again over the weekend after a lovely cool spell.

I'm going right out to buy zinnias, the flower that brings the hottest days of summer to mind. Lovely painting Helen. I do wish you had cut them from your garden. Hell,I wish I could cut them from my garden.
