OCEAN

SOLD

#235

I'm on a bit of a roll with flowers at the moment! Hope you don't mind!

( This was difficult to photograph, the background is actually more green than blue )

Mind!! Absolutely not, your paintings are a delight. Love the title, it does indeed give a feel of the ocean. I must admit I have the same problem with photographing blues and greens. Blues appear bluer and greens tend to disappear, I wish there was an answer??

I love your flowers and we certainly could use some. Photographing blue greens is almost impossible. This looks good to me. I do admire your loose style. You make each brushstroke right on!

Hi, I just came across your flower painting and think they are absolutely lovely. I love the fresh clean colours, they sing! You've got a lovely talent for placing what appears to be a minimum amount of brushstrokes but still managing to convey all the necessary information. Gorgeous!

Helen, please DO paint all the flowers you can...they are so beautiful! Love how you handle the glass vases, and the shadows on these white flowers are spectacular!

Helen, you are the queen of the flowers! You are just pumping out one stunning work after another. Your style and colour choices are amazing! Keep them coming!
Do you offer lessons? (Just if I get over to Melbourne one of these years!)

I love how you completely destroy the glass. You know it's there but where is it? What a master you are.
