There is something about backlighting that I really like. Also, I've just moved into a larger room so now I have the space to work on some larger pieces, something I've been wanting to do for quite a while.
Just had to make a comment and guess I'm not surprised to see so many. Wonderful painting, I just love the way the glass is painted (or not!). Utterly Fantastic.
