MINI ME

SOLD

#277 - 6" x 6" - Oil

I do like painting reflections, but I have to keep reminding myself to squint, look for the abstract shapes and only paint what I see. I try not to think of the object itself.

Reflections are good but the silver pitcher is outstanding. Great painting.

Your silver and reflections are so good Helen and I love the little bit of blue! It's like painting glass isn't it....got to keep that squint:)

Good morning Helen!... Once again... though your painting may be "mini"... the hallmark quality of attention to the mass of forms and details before you... deftly distilled into the very essence of each.

Your use of lost and found edges capture the eye... interest and then the imagination of your viewer.

Well done!

Good Painting... and Happy... FALL! HA HA!!!
Warmest regards,
Bruce

This is an absolutely gorgeous little gem of a painting and the reflections and tonal values are really convincing. Terrific!
