Cleaning up the back shed can turn out to be a good thing in

more ways than one. I found this old teapot that I had completely

forgotten about.! Not only do we now have a clean shed,  I have

a new/old teapot to add to my still life collection! :-D

I thought I had missed the flowers of the Summer
Gum but I came across some while I was out
looking for a plein air subject. Unfortunately I
didn't find anything I liked on site, so instead, I

I bought three glass bowls the other day, same shape but different

sizes. I have to say there's nothing like some new props to get

those still life ideas flowing again!      :-D

I hovered around the apples in the supermarket today to find
the best looking apples for painting. I'm sure the staff must think
I'm a very fussy shopper. Maybe I should wear a sign on my back
saying...... 'Artist at Work' or 'Don't worry, I'm an Artist'   ;-D
